Let’s Chat is a telephone listening service set up to maintain positive connections, address loneliness, improve self confidence and provide social support to service users.
Let’s Chat is delivered in 6 blocks of one to one sessions on a weekly basis with a volunteer from The Hope Initiative UK and the objective is to:
- Inspire hope in service users
- Build confidence
- Provide coping strategies
- Address loneliness and isolation
- Improve self esteem
The service operates on a self/professional referral basis and it’s open to anyone over the age of 18 who would benefit from regular telephone support from a listening service.
