HOPE HUB
The Hope Hub provides one one-to-one support, general information, coaching, mentoring and wellbeing workshops to its service users. It is also responsible for the Let’s Chat Project – a telephone listening service which addresses loneliness and isolation
THE ADVICE HUB
This is an online advisory service which provides information on welfare, healthcare, housing and benefits. It also signposts service users to their nearest specialist support organisations using its online or mobile directory.
FOOD BOX HUB
The food box hub coordinates a virtual and local food bank which delivers food boxes to service users who are unable to go to their local food banks and are in need due to ill health, disability, financial hardship, domestic abuse or any other social or economic difficulty.

Let’s Chat is a number of telephone sessions designed to address loneliness, improve confidence and provide social support to service users. It also helps to maintain positive connections with service users
